What this site is

aiforschool.net is an education project by AI Safe Lens: it offers free AI literacy resources for teachers and parents, and sells digital resource packs. How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Pack purchases

Packs and courses are digital, priced as shown at checkout and paid through Stripe. A VAT invoice is included. After purchase you receive a personal access link by email; the link is for your own use and may not be shared or resold.

One-off purchases. A pack is digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you tick a box requesting immediate access and acknowledging that once access is delivered you lose the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation that EU and Spanish consumer law would otherwise give you (Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish TRLGDCU article 103(m)). Once you have ticked it and the files are delivered, the purchase is final.

None of this affects your rights if what you bought is faulty or not as described: in that case contact us and we will put it right.

Licences

Each paid product comes with its own licence setting out what you may do with the materials. Where a licence and these terms disagree about how the materials may be used, the licence wins. All of them are at aiforschool.net/licences.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Safe Lens is not liable for any damages arising from your use of or reliance on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Spanish or EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain, unless mandatory EU consumer protection rules require otherwise.

These terms may be updated periodically. The date above indicates the latest revision.
