1. Who this agreement is between

You: the teacher who bought the pack.
This licence forms part of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where they disagree about how the materials may be used, this licence is the one that applies.
2. What a classroom pack is
A classroom pack is a set of lessons for a teacher to use with their own classes: the session plans, the things to say, the printables, and the notes on what to do when a lesson goes sideways. Each pack is bought once and covers one named teacher.
It arrives as a link to your email, which opens the pack online and as a printable PDF.
The purchase includes corrections and updates to the pack you bought.
3. What you may do
- Teach the pack to the classes you personally teach, as often as you like, for as long as you like.
- Print and hand out the pupil-facing worksheets and activities to the pupils in those classes.
- Send pupil-facing materials home to the parents or guardians of those pupils, for use with their own child.
- Adapt the pack for your own teaching, including translating it, as long as the attribution stays on anything you hand out.
- Keep everything you have printed and given to pupils, permanently, even after you stop teaching the pack.
- Store the files on your own devices.
4. What you may not do
- Share the files, the link or your access with a colleague. One purchase covers one teacher. A colleague who wants the pack buys their own copy; a whole department, year group or school needs a School Licence, arranged at [email protected].
- Post the pack anywhere others can reach it, including social media, cloud folders, school platforms and resource-sharing sites.
- Sell, license or pass on the pack, in whole or in part.
- Use the pack to deliver training that you or anyone else charges for, including paid CPD or consultancy.
- Remove the attribution or the licence footer from anything we supplied.
- Use the materials to train, fine-tune or evaluate an AI model.
5. Payment, delivery and withdrawal
The pack is a one-off purchase, delivered in full as a download as soon as payment clears.
You have 14 days to change your mind. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we refund it in full, whether or not you have downloaded the pack. You do not have to give a reason. Every buyer has these 14 days, wherever in the world they bought from.
If a download fails or a file is unusable, email [email protected] and we will fix it or refund it.
6. Who owns the materials
We do. The purchase buys the right to use the pack as described here, and transfers no ownership, copyright, or right to sublicense.
7. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
