1. Who this agreement is between

You: the person who bought the pack, and the household they bought it for.
This licence forms part of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where they disagree about how the materials may be used, this licence is the one that applies.
2. What a home resource is
A Homefun pack is a set of activities for a parent or carer to do with the children in their household. Each pack is bought once, for one household, and covers everyone who lives in it. It arrives as a link to your email, which opens the pack online and as a printable PDF.
The purchase includes corrections and updates to the pack you bought.
3. What you may do
- Use the pack with the children in your household, as often as you like, for as long as you like.
- Print as many copies as your household needs.
- Keep everything you print. It is yours.
- Play the activities with your children's friends, cousins and guests when they are in your home or out with your family.
- Store the files on your own devices.
4. What you may not do
- Use the pack to teach a class, a club, a group or a setting, or in any work you are paid for, including tutoring and childminding. Those arrangements exist and are priced separately: email [email protected].
- Share the files, the link or your access with another household.
- Post the pack anywhere others can reach it, including social media, cloud folders, school platforms and resource-sharing sites.
- Sell, license or pass on the pack, in whole or in part.
- Remove the attribution or the licence footer from anything we supplied.
- Use the materials to train, fine-tune or evaluate an AI model.
5. Payment, delivery and withdrawal
The pack is a one-off purchase, delivered in full as a download as soon as payment clears.
You have 14 days to change your mind. Email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we refund it in full, whether or not you have downloaded the pack. You do not have to give a reason. Every buyer has these 14 days, wherever in the world they bought from.
If a download fails or a file is unusable, email [email protected] and we will fix it or refund it.
6. Who owns the materials
We do. The purchase buys the right to use the pack as described here, and transfers no ownership, copyright, or right to sublicense.
7. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law, courts of Málaga, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
