1. Who this agreement is between

Us: AI SAFE LENS, Diana Szyperska, NIE Y7285659D, The Office Puerto Duquesa, Calle Cigala 73A, 29692 Manilva, Málaga, Spain. Contact: [email protected].

You: the person who bought the Homefun series, and the household they live in.

This licence sits alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

2. What you bought

A one-off purchase of the Homefun series: home activities, conversation starters, and tips for ages 6 to 18. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel.

You get everything in the Homefun library at the time you buy, plus any corrections and updates we make to those materials. New packs added later may be included as a goodwill extra, and are not promised.

Your access link keeps working. Lost it? Enter your email at aiforschool.net and we will send a new one.

3. What you may do

Use the activities with the children in your own household, for as long as you like.
Print as many copies as your family needs.
Use them with a small group your child is part of, for example a few families doing an activity together, a scout group, or a home-education circle you are part of. Nothing commercial, nothing at scale.
Keep everything permanently. This purchase does not expire.

4. What you may not do

Share the files, the download link, or your access link outside your household. If a friend wants a copy, send them to aiforschool.net.
Post the files anywhere others can download them, including social media, cloud folders, parent WhatsApp groups, or file-sharing sites.
Use them in a school, nursery, club, or any setting where you are teaching other people's children as part of your work. Schools have their own licence.
Use them in anything you charge money for, including tutoring, workshops, or childcare you are paid to provide.
Remove the attribution or the licence footer.
Use the materials, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate an AI model.

5. No refunds, and the waiver you tick at checkout

Homefun is digital content, delivered immediately after payment.

At checkout you tick a box confirming that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU and Spanish consumer law would otherwise give you. That is the express consent and acknowledgement required by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and article 103(m) of the Spanish TRLGDCU. Once you have ticked it and the files are delivered, the purchase is final and no refund is due.

This does not affect your rights if the materials are faulty, incomplete, or not as described. In that case email [email protected] and we will put it right or refund you.

6. Who owns the materials

We do. The purchase buys the right to use them as described here, and transfers no ownership, copyright, or right to sublicense.

7. Law

Spanish law. Your consumer rights under Spanish and EU law are unaffected by anything in this licence.
