1. Who this agreement is between

You: the individual person named on the subscription.

This licence sits alongside the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where this licence and the Terms of Service disagree about how you may use the materials, this licence wins.

2. What Individual Membership is

A licence for one named educator to use the membership materials in their own teaching. It is a personal licence, in the same way a personal copy of a textbook is personal.

While your subscription is active you get:

the classroom resource library, including everything added during your subscription
the self-paced course materials
a certificate of completion for courses you finish
updates and corrections to everything above

Individual Membership does not include the leadership pack, school policy and governance templates, family-facing distribution materials, or the Homefun series. Those are part of School Membership or sold separately.

3. What you may do

Use the materials in the classes you personally teach.
Print and hand out pupil-facing worksheets and activities to the pupils in those classes.
Send pupil-facing materials home to the parents or guardians of those pupils, for use with their own child.
Adapt materials for your own teaching, including translating them, as long as the attribution stays on anything you hand out.
Keep using anything you have already printed and given to pupils, permanently, even after your subscription ends.

4. What you may not do

Share your login link, your account, or downloaded files with colleagues. One membership covers one educator. If your colleagues want access, they need their own membership, or your school needs a School Membership.
Distribute the materials across a department, a year group, a whole school, or a school group.
Upload the materials to any shared drive, learning platform, staff intranet, cloud folder, or website that people other than you and your own pupils can reach.
Post the materials publicly, including on social media, resource-sharing sites, or teacher-resource marketplaces.
Sell the materials, or use them to deliver training that you or anybody else charges for.
Remove the attribution, the licence footer, or the watermark from any material.
Use the materials, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate an AI model.

5. Term, price and renewal

Membership runs monthly or annually, from the date you subscribe, and renews automatically until you cancel.
Fourteen days to change your mind. Cancel within 14 days of subscribing and we refund what you paid, less a proportionate charge for the days you had access. Email [email protected]. This applies to every member, whether you bought personally or through a business.
After that, cancel at any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period you are in.
Your founding price is locked for two years. If you joined at a founding price, you keep it for the first two years of unbroken membership: twenty-four monthly renewals, or the first year and the first annual renewal. After that your membership renews at our list price current at the time. If you cancel and rejoin later, you rejoin at whatever the price is then, with no founding terms.
We will tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, so you can cancel first if you would rather not continue.

6. When your subscription ends

The licence ends on the last day of the period you have paid for. From that date:

Access to the library stops.
Delete the files you downloaded, from your computer and from anywhere you saved them. Nothing of ours stays with you after the licence ends.
Anything you have already printed and given to pupils stays licensed permanently, under the terms in section 3. You do not have to collect work back from children.
Certificates you have already earned remain valid.

7. Who owns the materials

We do. Buying a membership buys you the right to use the materials as described here, and transfers no ownership, copyright, or right to sublicense.

8. Ending this licence

We may end this licence if it is seriously or repeatedly breached, and we will tell you why first and give you a reasonable chance to put it right, unless the breach is deliberate redistribution. If we end your licence for breach, no refund is due. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your period.

9. Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law. Consumer rights under Spanish and EU law are unaffected by anything in this licence. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
