1. Who this agreement is between

Us: AI SAFE LENS, Diana Szyperska, NIE Y7285659D, The Office Puerto Duquesa, Calle Cigala 73A, 29692 Manilva, Málaga, Spain. Contact: [email protected].

You: the single named school on the order (the "School").

This licence forms part of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where they disagree about how the materials may be used, this licence is the one that applies.

2. What the Leader's Toolkit is

The AI Literacy Leader's Toolkit is the seven policy and governance documents, with two worked schools showing them completed. It is bought once and covers one named school: the school named on the order, at the address named on the order, under one head teacher or equivalent.

The order names the school. Its name, its address and its registration number are recorded at checkout and appear on the invoice. That record is what this licence covers.

The named school is the whole of what the purchase covers, including where that school shares ownership, a governing body, a brand, a campus, a platform or staff with other schools. A group, chain, network, multi-academy trust or franchise is covered by its own agreement, however it is structured legally. Groups and networks are welcome and we price them separately. Email [email protected].

The Toolkit is phase-neutral: the same documents serve a primary and a secondary school.

The purchase includes updates and corrections to the seven documents.

3. What the School may do

4. What the School may not do

5. Payment and delivery

The Toolkit is a one-off purchase, delivered in full as a download as soon as payment clears.

It is sold to schools and other organisations, buying in the course of their work. The school's tax number and legal name are recorded at checkout, on the invoice, and in this licence's scope.

If the download fails or the files are unusable, email [email protected] and we will fix it or refund it.

6. Who owns the materials

We do. The purchase buys the right to use the documents as described here, and transfers no ownership, copyright, or right to sublicense. A document the School has adapted and published under its own name is the School's own work, and the School owns what it wrote.

7. Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law, courts of Málaga, without prejudice to any mandatory rights the School has under the law of its own country. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.

Not sure whether something is covered? Email [email protected] and ask. The answer is usually yes.
