Working with AI: Foundations for Teachers Licence
1. Who this agreement is between

You: the individual person named on the order, or, where the course was bought as a business, that business. Either way the licence covers one named educator.
This licence forms part of the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where they disagree about how the materials may be used, this licence is the one that applies.
2. What the course is
Working with AI: Foundations for Teachers is a self-paced course: thirteen lessons, a twenty-one-question quiz, and a personalised certificate of completion. It is bought once and covers one named educator, in the same way a personal copy of a textbook is personal.
It is delivered by a personal access link, sent to the email address given at checkout. The link opens the course in a browser on any device. There is no account to create and no password to manage.
The purchase includes updates and corrections to the lessons for as long as the course is published.
Any assistant you use is your own arrangement. The course is written to work with whichever AI assistant you have. Where you use one alongside the lessons, you use it on that supplier's own terms and pay for it yourself where a paid plan is involved. This licence covers our course materials.
3. What you may do
- Take the course, at your own pace, as many times as you like.
- Apply everything you learn in your own professional work, without restriction. What you learn is yours.
- Keep and use anything you create while following the course: your own briefs, your own checking routines, your own three-column list, and the one-page working agreement you write at the end of Lesson 12.
- Show your working agreement to your head teacher, your governors, your employer and a regulator. It is a document about your own practice, and it is yours.
- Print any worksheet or checklist in the course for your own use.
- Show and share your certificate, including with your school, your employer and a regulator.
- Describe what you learned to colleagues, in your own words.
4. What you may not do
- Share your access link, or the course files, with anybody else. One purchase covers one educator. A colleague who wants the course buys their own, or the school arranges access for its staff: email [email protected].
- Upload the lessons to a shared drive, learning platform, staff intranet, cloud folder or website that anybody other than you can reach.
- Post the lessons publicly, including on social media, resource-sharing sites and teacher-resource marketplaces.
- Use the course materials to deliver training to other people, whether or not anybody is charged for it. Talking to colleagues about what you learned is covered by section 3.
- Sell, license or pass the materials to anybody else.
- Remove the attribution or the licence footer from any material.
- Use the materials, in whole or in part, to train, fine-tune, or evaluate an AI model.
5. Payment, delivery and withdrawal
The course is a one-off purchase. Access is delivered in full by email after payment clears.
At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once access is delivered. That is what the tick-box on the payment page records. Because delivery is complete and immediate, there is no refund after your access link is used.
If the link does not arrive or the course does not open, email [email protected] and we will fix it or refund it.
6. How long access lasts
Your access does not expire and there is no schedule to keep to.
If we ever stop publishing the course, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand and give you a way to keep a copy of the lessons for your own use, under section 3. Certificates you have already earned remain valid.
7. Who owns the materials
We do. The purchase buys the right to use the materials as described here, and transfers no ownership, copyright, or right to sublicense. Work you produce by following the course is your own: your lesson plans, your materials, your briefs and your working agreement.
8. Ending this licence
We may end this licence if it is seriously or repeatedly breached, and we will tell you why first and give you a reasonable chance to put it right, unless the breach is deliberate redistribution. If we end your licence for breach, no refund is due.
9. Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law. Consumer rights under Spanish and EU law are unaffected by anything in this licence. Full detail is in the Terms of Service.
