School Membership · for heads, deputies, AI leads & DPOs
One membership for your whole school
Not a document pack. €790 a year covers your entire school: every teacher gets the full classroom library, your leadership team gets the seven documents an inspector asks for, and your families get the home materials — unlimited staff, no seat counting, no per-teacher maths.
One named school · renewed annually · EU AI Act, GDPR and JCQ anchored
Not ready to decide? Start with the free assessment.
Six minutes, 35 honest ticks across governance, teaching, assessment integrity, data protection, staff capability and parents. It tells you which of the seven documents your school is actually missing before you spend anything.
Everything on the teachers’ path — for every member of staff
A teacher buying alone pays €14 a month for the classroom library. School Membership gives that same library to every teacher you employ, and keeps giving it to whoever joins next term. This is the whole of the teachers’ page, folded in:
The teachers’ membership, in full
The classroom library
- Every lesson pack, ages 6–18, with scripts, traps and conversation directions
- Unplugged-first for ages 6–11: paper, scissors and good questions
- Every resource mapped to the AILit Framework and UNESCO’s student framework
- Print-friendly throughout — a whole pack from one button
- New resources as they are published, at no extra cost
- Safe AI For Educators certification when it lands, for all staff
and, because you are a school
- Homefun for your families — the home packs for ages 6–18, yours to distribute to parents. Families buy these for €24; your membership includes them for your whole community.
- The leadership pack, in full — detailed below.
- Unlimited staff on one licence. No seats to count, no renewal arithmetic when your staff list changes.

The seven documents, written out twice
The free toolkit tells you what the seven documents are. The membership is the documents: fill-in templates with the decisions left open, and two complete worked sets — a JCQ secondary in England and an IB continuum school in Spain — so you can see what a defensible answer looks like before you write your own.
1 · Whole-school AI policy
Ten sections: scope, definitions, principles, permitted and prohibited uses, the approval route, assessment, data protection, incidents, community transparency, review.
Universal2 · AI literacy curriculum statement
The shortest document and the one an inspector asks for first: framework, map, age arrangement, screen-free share, tracking.
Universal3 · Assessment integrity addendum
The acknowledgement rule, authentication before and after the declaration, marking, exam-day devices, and honest wording on detectors.
UK / JCQ first, IB version worked in full4 · Tool vetting record, DPIA and FRIA screen
One record per tool, five knock-out findings that end an assessment early, a 15-question bank for high-stakes tools, AI Act risk classification, and the fundamental rights impact assessment the Act has required of schools since 2 August 2026.
EU · UK · UNICEF EdTech for Good 2.05 · Staff guidance and the Article 4 training file
The staffroom one-pager, plus the training plan, five role-based session outlines, attendance record, refresh log and induction item. Dated and filled, this file is your Article 4 evidence.
EU first; competence evidence everywhere6 · Parent and carer communications pack
Launch letter, age lines with the reasons, homework note, exam-season note, student assembly outline.
Universal7 · Student agreement, age-banded
One page per band, in student language, taught rather than merely signed.
Universal · adjust to your consent agePlus the assessment and the plan
The 35-item readiness checklist with scoring bands, the curriculum mapping grid, and a first-term rollout plan: assess, govern, train, teach & tell.

School Membership + Implementation
Or have it done with you
Membership gives you the instruments. Implementation is the work of adopting them in your school: the documents filled in against your actual tools and your actual jurisdiction, staff trained, and an EU-aligned risk profile for your school.
- Your readiness assessment worked through with your leadership team
- The seven documents completed for your school, not templated
- Tool vetting records, DPIA and FRIA screens for the tools you actually use
- Staff training sessions delivered, with the Article 4 evidence file dated and filled
- An EU-aligned risk profile for your school
Scoped and priced per school, because no two schools are missing the same things.
For your data protection officer
- School Membership Licence — what the school may do with the materials, and for how long.
- Data Processing Agreement — the standalone Article 28 DPA, with sub-processors named.
- Privacy policy — what we hold and why. The only personal data we need from a school is one billing email address.
- Terms — and the licence hub if you would rather read all of them.
No accounts are created for your staff, so there are no pupil or staff records for us to hold. Access travels by signed link.

Who buys what

Not the right door?
This is careful general guidance, not legal advice: your data protection officer and your school’s counsel have the final word on anything you adopt. Both example schools are fictional, and every decision shown in them is one defensible choice rather than the only one available.
